Job description

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, which include performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Source supplies and subcontractors to obtain quotations for tendering purposes.
• Track all project costs, variation orders, and other expenses.
• Evaluate progress payment and variation orders, while conducting cost-benefit analysis, and processing variation orders.
• Act as site or project engineer by supervising the project, adhering to construction procedures, coordinating all work schedules, and liaising with the project manager and architect or project consultants.
• Prepare progress and final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Undertake other quantity surveying-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager or director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to work under pressure.
• A positive working attitude and good communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction or a related field.
