WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support construction costing, budgeting and contract administration on active projects.

The role handles tender pricing, cost estimations and progress claims while maintaining meticulous records of costs, payments and contractual documents. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 2 years of industry experience, and strong skills in MS Office and CCS PO/WO Module; ISO auditor

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Hands-on in quantity take-offs, tender pricing and cost estimation.
• Familiar with contract administration, progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Knowledge of budgeting and construction cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with CCS PO/WO Module.
• Good analytical, communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• ISO Internal Auditor Certification is an advantage.

Job Description

Our client, an established construction company in Singapore, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction costing, contract administration, project budgeting and progress claims. The successful candidate will manage commercial documentation, subcontractor quotations and project cost monitoring throughout construction projects.

Job Responsibilities
