Job summary

A construction and design company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare project cost estimates, manage budgets, and oversee cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. This is a permanent role with a monthly salary package up to $6000 plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Willing to work on Saturdays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates and Bills of Quantities.
• Source and review quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
