Quantity Surveyor [ Construction / Main Contractor ]

Quantity Surveyor
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $3800 - $4500

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections for construction projects.

Handle sourcing, quotation comparison, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.

Administer subcontracts and supplier agreements, ensuring scope, quality, and cost compliance.

Track project expenses, monitor budget utilization, and highlight potential cost variances.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and verify subcontractor claims and payments.

Manage variation works arising from site changes, revised drawings, or client requests.

Maintain accurate records of measurements, site quantities, and material usage.

Prepare project final accounts and support the Project Manager in overall cost control and reporting.

Requirements:

Proficient in construction measurement and cost estimation.

Knowledge of standard contracts and construction regulations.

Experienced in tender evaluation, cost planning, and budget monitoring.

Familiar with construction software and tools (e.g., Aconex, CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
