Job summary

• 5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday
• Industry: Construction - C&S/M&E
• Location: Across Singapore
• Basic $2.5k-$6k (Based on experience & qualification)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and progress claims
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control
• Conduct site measurements and support contract administration
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Experience in Construction M&E/C&S works is required
• Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
