Work Details

Work Days: 5.5 days

Work Location: Novena / On-site

Job Description

• Assist in preparation and submission of tender quotations and ensure timelines are met for every tender.
• Quantity take-off for all tenders, in the form of manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender.
• During tender stages, sourcing of quotations for rates and technical data are required due to every project’s requirement varies.
• Arrange and carry out tender interviews, negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors, including preparation of sub-contract agreements / letters of award.
• Monitoring progress claims and payments, subcontractor payments, certification, VO submission and final accounts.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

Skills Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
