A construction consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to conduct take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and manage subcontractors. Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take‑off and prepare cost estimates for tenders and ongoing projects.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and analyse cost comparison reports; develop and monitor project budgets.
• Prepare, review, and award subcontracts for projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims; manage final accounts and variation orders (VOs).
• Assess subcontractors’ progress claims and issue payment responses and final payments.
• Prepare and compile all necessary submission documents.
• Attend weekly or monthly site meetings as required by project architects or consultants.
• Perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
• Handle all other QS‑related duties as needed.
