Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Tender Bid.
• Post Award Documents Preparation.
• Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and subcontractors, collate price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare interim valuation pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flow.
• Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend meetings on site and with consultants.
• Do Project Budget and analyse the cash flow of the project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in Civil and Building projects.
