Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist with day-to-day operations in quantity surveying. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, along with at least 1 year of experience in civil projects. Responsibilities include performing quantities take-offs, tendering, sourcing materials and managing contract administration. This role offers a salary range of $2300 - $3300 and standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in civil or LTA projects.
• Proficient in contract administration and quantity surveying tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day quantity surveyor works.
• Perform taking off quantities.
• Tender projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Source sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials.
• Prepare and follow up progress payments and claims.
• Administer contracts.
• Prepare variation orders and final accounts.
