Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to read and interpret tender specifications, manage contracts, and assemble mechanical tenders. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected. A competitive salary of up to $4500 plus bonuses is offered, with transport provided from Kranji MRT.

• Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT to the company)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Capable of reading and interpreting tender specifications and drawings
• Proficient understanding of contract management, QS procedures, and pricing
• Tasked with assembling a comprehensive mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, which includes pricing tabulation, sourcing suppliers, BQ take-off, and Value Engineering, among other duties
• Accountable for compiling tender documents for submission
• Assigned to carry out administrative responsibilities
