Job Description

• Maintain strong industry networks with sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Keep updated on M&E market price trends.
• Lead ACMV/M&E tender processes and ensure adherence to tender procedures.
• Plan, strategize, and control all tendering activities.
• Review scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and manage Tender Files for proper documentation and tracking.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs to suppliers/sub-contractors for timely cost and technical data.
• Perform quantity take-offs from ACMV/M&E drawings and related documents.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposals for submissions.
• Incorporate addendum/corrigendum updates into costing and proposals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents on time.
• Maintain accurate and organized tender documentation.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years & above of related experience in M&E construction industry
• Good technical knowledge of ACMV, Fire & BMS/IBMS
• Independent, responsible, meticulous, analytical and taking ownership
• Highly-motivated and a good team player
