Qualifications

• At least Diploma/Degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant experience in Construction is an added advantage.
• Experience in project management or coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.

• Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Source new vendors and perform cost comparisons.
• Evaluate and certify contracts.
• Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis report.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Obtain sub-contractors and suppliers’ quotation for costing.
• Source for new vendors and perform cost comparisons.
• Evaluate and certify contracts.
• Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis report.
• Monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures.
• Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors.
• Identify and prepare variations and valuation for projects.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Update and file material quantity and prices list for each project.
• Participate in tendering quantity taking off.
• Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant experience in Construction will be added advantage.
• Experience in project management or project coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.
