Responsibities and Requirements

• Preparing of tender submission online which includes taking off quantities, pre/post contract duties, preparation of variation cost, and finalization of project account.
• Participate in negotiation and discussion with sub‑contractors on pricing, payment terms, etc., and support the PM in any discussion with consultants regarding material approval.
• Review sub‑contractor prices, select and recommend appropriate sub‑contractor for awards, and execute and complete works.
• Evaluate and certify sub‑contractor progress claims and support the Project Manager (PM) in preparing the monthly progress claims.
• Assist the PM in preparing all material submissions based on the contract specifications and requirements.
• Familiarise with the nature of contracts used in respective tenders (e.g., PSSCOC or SIA conditions of contract).
• Familiarise with contract pricing, including per m2 cost for different materials used.
• Attend any site meetings and discussions if necessary.
• Work within a team to ensure a seamless process on project execution.
