Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle preparation and submission of progress claims/payment and variation orders of projects.
• Liaise with Clients on progress payments and VO matters.
• Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
• Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders.
• Provide monthly update of project costing.
• Good knowledge of construction structural works measurement.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Operation Manager or above.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently or as a team with following deadline.
• Meticulous and Accuracy.
• Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately
• 5.5 days work week
