Responsibilities
- Experience in landed residential properties projects
- Handle pre and post contract administration
- Assist with evaluation of tender, analyse costing for tender submission and preparation of tender documents.
- Perform cost planning and cost control. Liaise with Project Manager/designated staff to valuate and certify completed works and arrange for payment.
- Carry out contract administration duties. Keep a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships.
- Make sure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively.
- Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of project. To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, compiles, evaluates and negotiates price with supplies and sub-contractors according to tender requirement.
- Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with clients.
Qualifications
- Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline.
- Proficient in Cad Software / BIM and MS Office.
