The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience withSingapore-based projectsand be proficient inbilling, claiming, and cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manageprogress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Performaccurate quantity take-offsfor steel components includingI-beams, C-channels, bracing systems, and connection details
  • Evaluate subcontractor claims
  • Monitor and trackproject budgets, cost control, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure timelybilling and collectionof payments.
  • Review contract terms and advise on commercial and contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance withSingapore building regulations,BCAstandards, andworkplace safetypractices.
  • Participate in site visits and progress meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum3–5 years of relevant experienceinsteel structural building projectsinSingapore.
  • Strong understanding ofSingapore construction contracts, regulations, and practices.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Excel, measurement software (e.g., CostX), and other QS tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
