Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget
• Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management
• Analyse design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions
• Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field and possess relevant qualification certifications
• Demonstrated communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Applicants with more than one year experience will be given priority
• Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese client and project team
