Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost control, budgeting, and procurement for large-scale projects in Singapore. You will ensure financial viability, enforce contractual terms, and provide commercial guidance to the site team to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, professional accreditation, and at least 5 years of experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, cost control, cost reporting.
• Manage project finances from inception to completion.
• Negotiate and handle the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Prepare subcontract documents and manage tender processes.
• Prepare and manage contracts, including bills of quantities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Review and negotiate contract amendments with subcontractors and clients.
• Provide commercial advice to the site team.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and financial status.
• Address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Cost Management/ Procurement

• Oversee project budgets, cost control, cost reporting


• Manage project finances from inception to completion.


• Negotiate and handle the procurement of materials and subcontractors.

Contract Administration/ Project Management

• Prepare subcontract documents and manage tender processes.


• Prepare and manage contracts, including bills of quantities.
