Job summary

A leading design company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quotations and cost estimates while managing project-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, with at least one year of experience preferred. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, tender submissions, and coordinating with suppliers. Strong skills in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM are advantageous. Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study.
  • Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities.
  • Prepare and submit tender.
  • Source & procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors.
  • Submission of work approval to relevant local authorities.
  • Manage tender administration.
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
  • Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer.
  • Prepare/verification/upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
  • Attend site meeting and record minutes of meeting.
