Job summary

A leading interior design company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage projects independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design project management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supplier negotiation, budget preparation, and close collaboration with architects and clients. The role requires AutoCAD competence and commitment to project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design Project Management and furniture trade.
  • Good knowledge of renovation material, M&E, retrofitting and A&A works.
  • Strong leadership qualities and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects independently and ensure timelines are achieved.
  • Assist in tender documentation and cost tabulation.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, clients, and the site team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Manage projects independently
  • Ability to source for suppliers and sub‑contractors for quotation for tendering
  • To assist in tender documentation/ cost tabulation.
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
  • Follow up on progress payments submitted to clients to ensure payment certificates are issued and monthly progress payments are received from Clients
  • Prepare budget for project cost
  • To attend site meeting and site valuation with client and consultants when required
  • Work closely with Architects, Designers, Client and site team
  • Ability in dealing with overseas suppliers
  • Involved in tender process / costing computing
  • Diploma or professional qualification in Building / Project Management / or Interior Design
  • Experience with project management
  • Lead and organize project schedule and achieve project timelines
  • Strong leadership, positive attitude and good project management skills
  • Must be AutoCAD competent and able to read AutoCAD architectural drawing
  • PC literate and bilingual
  • Good technical knowledge of carpentry
  • Strong leadership qualities, independent, self‑motivated and a good team player
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Interior Design Project Management and furniture trade
  • Good knowledge of renovation material, M&E, retrofitting and A&A works
  • Must be highly committed, responsible and service-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
