We are currently expanding our services and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Admin to assist in our operations.

i.Poise Interior Design is an award‑winning interior design studio specialising in luxury interiors throughout Singapore for both private clients and developers.

Led by Alicia, our experienced team of talented interior designers and architects provide a personalised design service to create detail‑driven, luxury interiors that perfectly suit their context, the client’s needs and will stand the test of time.

About the Department

Since 2009, i.Poise Design has been providing personalised design and renovation services to its clients. The QS team strives to uphold the foundations of the company by providing clerical support to its management and designers for day‑to‑day operations to run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

As a QS in the Administration team, you will be groomed and eventually expected to be responsible for all aspects of the assigned project's quotations. These include the liaison of contractors/vendors and business partner's prices, drafting of quotations and issuance of invoices to clients. There will be no running of sites/site checks required from you.

  • Draft and finalise quotations using Microsoft Excel.
  • Liaise with Interior Designers and Project Managers for administrative matters.
  • Filing and maintaining office documents.
  • Handle other administrative matters.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a must (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking associates).
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field. (Education background in Interior Design or related fields is a plus point).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office programs and PDF.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Quantity Surveying.
  • Able to resolve issues independently.
  • Good in calculation (for quotations).
