METACOMP PTE. LTD. is seeking exceptional Quant Traders to join a new liquidity-driven desk in Singapore. Founding member role to apply proven market making across tokenized assets and help define liquidity strategies for tokenized securities.

You will design and operate automated two-sided market making, manage inventory and risk, and collaborate with engineering for low-latency on-chain execution and cross-venue liquidity.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operate automated two-sided market making strategies across tokenized equities and digital assets
Provide continuous and competitive liquidity across centralized and decentralized venues
Develop pricing, quoting, hedging, and execution models
Manage inventory, spreads, and execution quality under live market conditions
Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, and custody teams to ensure governance and controls
