DRW is seeking a Quantitative Researcher in Singapore to develop mathematical models and automated trading strategies across asset classes. You’ll work with a team of researchers, traders and software developers, with access to clean data, compute resources and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline focusing on statistics, ML, signal processing, optimization and control graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Curiosity for model development and experience handling large data sets.
• Proficiency in programming using Python, R, MATLAB or C++ for research.

Responsibilities

• Extract predictive signals from financial data using statistical and ML methods.
• Assist software developers to translate research into production software.
• Optimize order execution and risk management of the trading system.
• Create robust solutions to trading‑environment problems.
• Formulate mathematical models to improve trading strategies and research.
• Automate human trading decisions and prototype algorithmic trades.
