Penco Capital Management Private Limited, a Singapore-based boutique alternative investments manager, is seeking an Investment Analyst to deliver institutional-grade financial and quantitative analyses supporting multi-asset strategies across global equity and commodity futures markets.

You will build and interpret complex models, synthesize research notes, and monitor risk and performance using Bloomberg and Wind terminals, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel while collaborating with portfolio

Qualifications

3–5 years of institutional experience in asset management, investment banking or hedge funds.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel and market terminals.
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for quantitative analysis.
Bilingual English and Mandarin for communication and regulatory interpretation.

Responsabilités

Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and build multi-scenario valuation models for listed equities across US, HK, and China A-share markets.
Author comprehensive research notes synthesizing valuations and market insights.
Monitor global commodity futures using macro data and policy changes affecting key sectors.
Evaluate corporate disclosures and capital market transactions across exchanges.
Develop data-driven screening algorithms, liquidity dashboards, and factor models to support portfolio stress-testing.
Track portfolio risk metrics including exposures, margins, liquidity, and factor sensitivities.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and cross-border stakeholders using English and Mandarin.
