Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on techno-functional professional to translate business requirements into a GenAI-enabled solution design, lead requirements workshops, and model transactions to ensure the business needs are met.

You will collaborate with multiple technology teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and craft scalable GenAI architectures using OpenShift, LangChain, and other tools; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Banking Technology
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions, GenAI and understanding of model context protocols
• Fundamental knowledge of model architecture, prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience evaluating/integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, LLaMA) into processes
• OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and GenAI workflow familiarity
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities

Job description

Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.

Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.

Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.

Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.

Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.

Understanding of UOB Technical Architect and system

Education:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Banking Technology

Essential:

• Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI space
• Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol
• Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuningExperience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
• Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability
• Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools
• Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
• Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
