WorldQuant seeks a Quant Developer Intern to join the Book Platform and Operations Team. This is an opportunity for a technically strong student who enjoys solving real problems and gaining hands-on exposure to systems that support portfolio management.
You will work alongside expert developers and portfolio managers, contribute to systems, interfaces, and tools, with a focus on rigorous thinking, fast learning, and clear communication in English.
WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. We are looking for a Quant Developer Intern to join the Book Platform and Operations Teamteam. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong student who enjoys solving real problems and wants hands-on exposure to systems that directly support portfolio management operations.
You will work alongside expert developers and portfolio managers, contributing to systems, interfaces, and tools used in day-to-day portfolio management workflows. We value clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and a proactive attitude — we don't expect prior industry experience, but we do expect you to think rigorously and pick things up fast.
Strong performers will be considered for a full-time Quant Developer role upon graduation.
Internship availability - at least 4 months, starting January 2026. Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
