The candidate will prepare reports, support process improvements, and contribute to audit readiness with accurate traceability of samples and data.

Qualifications

• Plan, implement, and document test strategies for product qualification.
• Interpret results and ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor product qualification tests in accordance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Set up and operate test equipment, measurement tools, and fixtures for qualification trials.
• Verify dimensional, functional, and performance characteristics against specifications.
• Support production trials and process validation runs.
• Monitor trial progress, collect process/product data, and identify deviations or defects.
• Work with engineering and production to resolve issues identified during trials.
• Ensure trial samples are properly identified, stored, and traceable.
• Prepare detailed qualification and trial reports, including test results, data analysis, and observations.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Support creation or revision of quality-related documentation, including inspection plans, checklists, and SOPs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities related to trial failures.
• Recommend process or inspection improvements based on trial results.
