Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual to maintain quality management systems (QMS) consistent with AS9100 and ISO 9001. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management and 2 years of relevant experience in audits and ISO documentation. Responsibilities include managing audits, updating procedures, and conducting training. Proactive candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling audits, ISO documentation.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proactive and self-disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update current QMS systems for AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP system.
• Plan & organise internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage customer and certification body audits.

Implementation of quality system (ISO 9001 / AS9100)

Proficient written and communication skills

Efficiency in computer skills

Education
