Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 and NADCAP. You will drive non-conformance investigations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers, conduct internal audits, and update quality procedures to align with regulatory and client requirements. A degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with ISO9001/AS9100 QMS and NADCAP.
• Strong knowledge of fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and 5-why analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and suppliers to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits of the quality system, products, and processes (ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP).
• Review and update quality procedures and control guidelines regularly.
