Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Quality Safety Administrator to provide administrative support on ISO compliance and insurance matters. The ideal candidate should have at least A Level education and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and collaborating with departments to achieve QEHS objectives.   • Position : Quality Safety Administrator (ISO Compliance/WICA/Insurance) – Up to $3,800
  • Location : East – Changi South Street
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6,15pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Building & Construction
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the QEHS Lead on compliance (ISO, WICA, Insurance).
  • Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly), KPI tracking, and presentation slides.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage office administration and feedback channels.
  • Update, analyze, and distribute data from online collection systems.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support QEHS objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum A Level with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experienced in writing meeting minutes
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Insurances
  • Basic safety, health and environmental knowledge
