Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal relationships to promote understanding and compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
• Be part of the Risk Management team servicing internal clients.
• Ensure compliance with KPMG Global risk management requirements and administer related processes.
• Develop tools and establish processes to empower staff.
• Deliver training as necessary.
• Work with process owners on control implementation and documentation.
• Document testing results and process documentation.
• Monitor and report on risk exposure and compliance programs.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
• Maintain data architecture awareness and conduct gap analyses.

Our Quality & Risk Management Department disseminates timely and relevant information on developments in legislation and regulations, and executes initiatives to manage our risk in a challenging environment. The Quality and Risk Management team invites highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

The role involves:

• Develop and maintain internal relationships to promote understanding and compliance with risk management policies and procedures
• Be part of the Risk Management team servicing internal clients
• Understand the necessity of KPMG to comply with KPMG Global risk management requirements and administer the processes required to maintain compliance
• Develop tools and establish processes to empower our people
• Deliver training as necessary
• Work alongside with process owners on control implementation and documentation
• Work with internal tools and ensure process documentation and testing results are documented appropriately
• Ensure timely execution of various compliance review programs
• Perform effective root cause analysis, assess changes to core processes and systems to prevent future issues
• Understand the necessity of KPMG to comply with KPMG Global risk management requirements
• Supports organizational compliance including review and evaluate compliance issues and apply procedures through regular risk exposure monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
• Be familiar with the organization data architecture, perform data-mining, understand the business processes and perform gap analysis
• Maintain, monitor/update validity of riskmodeling outputs of risk management systems

Theideal candidate should possess:

• External/Internal Audit Experience of at least6 years
• Familiar with the International Standard onQuality Management (ISQM) 1 requirements
• Patient and analytical, with an eye for detail
