Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a QEM PQE Quality Engineer to monitor and drive continuous improvement for the quality and reliability of cutting-edge memory/storage products manufactured in Fab10.

You will support wafer manufacturing efforts for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying new products to enable volume manufacturing with improved reliability. It requires strong knowledge of CMOS device physics and NAND device operations, and you will

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to all level.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve quality and reliability for products out of Fab, including wafer level reliability sampling for Outgoing Quality Control.
Collect wafer level reliability data, manage various Reliability scorecard, and drive fab activities to improve Reliability performance (Extrinsic, Intrinsic, Process).
Respond to Customer Issues/RMA and drive resolution, collaborating with Global Quality teams.
Lead follow-on qualification activities during HVM and coordinate with global teams to meet critical milestones.
