Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Audit function, preferably in Nursing Home/Hospital.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and experience in managing quality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Home in operational/compliance audits/reviews.
  • Design and implement quality control processes for the nursing home.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor effectiveness of action plans to address quality weaknesses.
  • Train and develop employee competencies on quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Job Hours: Monday to Friday, Alt. Sat (Half-Day)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Home in all aspects of operational/compliance audits/reviews of the nursing home.

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the nursing home.

  • Conduct regular reviews of existing procedures to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

  • Plan and conduct risk assessments and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance requirements.

  • Carry out root cause analysis and monitor the effectiveness of action plans to address quality and risk areas of weaknesses.

  • Train, coach, develop, and cultivate technical competencies to ensure the capability of designated employees to maintain and comply with quality standards.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring quality issues.

Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in a relevant discipline

  • 5 - 10 years working experience in Quality Assurance/Audit function, preferably in Nursing Home/Hospital.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality systems and experience in facing quality.

  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skill.

  • Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
