Job summary

Our client, a global healthcare organisation, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the APAC affiliate quality system and ensure GMP/GDP compliance across markets. You will oversee quality activities, training, inspections readiness, and quality reviews while partnering with regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline with at least five years of quality experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in global matrix environment; SAP knowledge advantageous.

• Lead and maintain the affiliate quality management system, including procedures, training programmes, inspection readiness activities and quality reviews
• Oversee product quality activities including complaints management, deviations, recalls, quality agreements, batch release support and distributor quality governance
• Partner with commercial, logistics, customer service and regional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, support investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant discipline with at least five years of quality experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements, with exposure to GDP practices, quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
