A childcare and education services provider in Singapore is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across their centres. The role involves managing communications with regulatory agencies, conducting quality checks, and overseeing contract management. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has experience in compliance and quality assurance within the education sector.
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all childcare and student care centres under the company. You will serve as the central point of contact for communications with government agencies, parents, and stakeholders, while upholding the highest standards of service delivery, centre operations, and staff performance.
Manage all communications and correspondences with regulatory agencies (e.g., ECDA, MSF, MOE, NEA, SFA, PEB).
Serve as the key liaison for parents and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Conduct regular quality checks on all Centre operations, curriculum delivery, and administrative processes.
Identify operational lapses and implement action plans to uphold and enhance service standards.
Review and approve all One@ECDA submissions in accordance with POP and licensing requirements.
Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and standards, including POP, MSF, MOE, NEA, SFA, and PEB.
Manage applications and renewals for Halal certification, SFA and NEA permits, and other licenses as required.
Review and process contract extensions and employment agreements.
Oversee HR-related functions including staff performance, welfare initiatives, and morale improvement strategies.
Lead the preparation and submission of tender proposals to expand company operations.
Evaluate opportunities to streamline operations and support sustainable business growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company’s services across all business sectors.
Minimum degree in Early Childhood, Business, or relevant discipline.
Experience in compliance, operations, or quality assurance within the education/childcare sector.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ECDA, MSF, NEA, etc.).
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
