Job description
Position : Sales Admin Executive (Sales Support & Reporting)
Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Transport Pickup from Boon Lay, Jurong East, Jurong West, Pioneer, Woodlands & Admiralty)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus + Allowance + Annual leaves + Medical Insurance
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers on payment schedules and chase overdue payments
  • Coordinate internally to obtain supporting documents for customer payment processing
  • Provide daily updates on sales revenue status (including changes from Customer Service)
  • Update weekly sales forecast for upcoming months and maintain accurate, up-to-date data
  • Support Account Managers in opening and maintaining new RFQ folders (documents/records)
  • Prepare and maintain customer/system audit documentation related to sales
  • Update and maintain monthly Sales Management Report and Sales KPI Report
  • Handle general office administration duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support / sales admin / operations /
  • Comfortable with reporting, documentation, and data upkeep (Excel preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only converse in Mandarin.
