HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a quality inspector to join its manufacturing team in East Singapore. You will perform quality checks during production and help ensure product reliability.

The role requires NITEC qualification and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will use torque screwdrivers and multimeters, maintain records, and follow 5S practices.

This position operates on 12-hour rotating shifts, 4 days per week, with allowances and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or related environment.
• Comfortable using torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Able to maintain clear and accurate records.
• Willing to perform quality checks using ladders when required.
• Able to follow work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: East Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + allowances
4-Day Work Week

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect products and perform quality checks during the production process

• Identify and report defects or quality issues

• Support basic troubleshooting and failure analysis

• Use tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters for quality checks

• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Follow work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures

• Keep the work area clean and organised according to 5S standards

• Perform quality checks at elevated work areas using ladders when required

What We're Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QC, manufacturing or a related environment preferred

• Comfortable using torque screwdrivers and multimeters

• Basic computer skills

• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel

• Able to maintain clear and accurate records

• Comfortable performing quality checks using ladders when required

• Able to follow work instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts

• 4 working days per week

• Rotating day and night shifts
