People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous aviation stores specialist to inspect aircraft spare parts, verify documentation, and support audits in the bonded stores. You will ensure compliance with OEM/vendor documentation and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement of processes, storage practices, and operational procedures, with exposure to civil aviation audits and life-cycle tracking of parts in a regulated warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft spare parts for serviceability and compliance.
• Verify spares against OEM/vendor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes, storage practices, and operations.
• Support periodic audits by civil aviation authorities and customers.
• Maintain shelf-life records for aircraft parts with life limits.
• Conduct surveillance audits in Bonded Stores to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Raise discrepancy reports for non-conformities in aircraft spares in Bonded Stores.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect aircraft spare parts to ensure serviceability and compliance
• Verify aircraft spares against accompanying documentation from OEMs, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes, storage practices, and operational procedures
• Facilitate and support periodic audits conducted by civil aviation authorities and customers
• Maintain and monitor shelf-life records for aircraft parts with life limitations
• Conduct surveillance audits on all activities within the Bonded Stores to ensure adherence to procedures and regulations
• Raise Discrepancy Reports for any non-conformities identified in aircraft spares within the Bonded Stores

Requirements:

• Work experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage
