A leading manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented QC Inspector. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections on components made from metal, plastic, and rubber to ensure quality compliance. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in quality control and proficiency with measuring instruments. This role requires attention to detail and flexibility for overtime when needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing dimensional and visual inspections on precision components made from metal, plastic, and rubber to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with precision measuring equipment and a strong eye for detail to support our manufacturing and quality control processes.
Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of manufactured components.
Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
Record and report inspection results accurately, maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities within the QC department.
At least 2 years of experience in quality control/inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in using vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
Experience with Smart Scope, Vision Measurement Systems, or 3D scanners will be an added advantage.
Prior inspection experience with metal, plastic, and rubber components is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, with good documentation and communication skills.
This role requires flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet operational demands.
