• Maintain/update technical docs, drawings & process instructions.
• Perform dimensional inspections & verify conformance to specs.
• Document inspection results & escalate non-conformances.

Salary: Up to $4,000

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Mon- Fri

Responsibilities

• Compile & submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers (AS9102)
• Maintain/update technical docs, drawings & process instructions
• Perform dimensional inspections & verify conformance to specs
• Document inspection results & escalate non-conformances
• Support CAPA & root cause analysis for quality issues
• Prepare audit documentation for internal/external reviews
• Assist continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop visual aids, checklists & training materials

Requirements

• Min. Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of engineering drawings (GD&T) & inspection tools; CMM programming is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good documentation & communication skills
• Able to work independently & in cross-functional teams
