About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting quality initiatives across the APAC region, working closely with global teams, customers, and suppliers. The successful candidate will be involved in audits, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support APAC quality operations, including travel to Suzhou factory (3–4 times yearly)
• Conduct audits and quality assessments with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and maintain quality standards.
• Support regional expansion initiatives across APAC.
• Report to Quality Manager and Director.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a quality role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance standards.
• Good attitude, proactive, and adaptable to travel requirements.
• Chinese language proficiency preferred.
