Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is looking for a qualified candidate to manage SPC processes, support quality improvements, and participate in continuous enhancement projects. Responsibilities include conducting system integrations and coaching team members. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of engineering experience, and strong skills in project management, communication, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering field.
• Candidates with more than 5 years of semiconductor process/quality/integration experience will be considered for a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SPC (Statistical Process Control) management.
• Support process stability and capability improvements, ensuring successful handling of customer audits.
• Conduct SPC system integration and enhancement.
• Take a leading role or actively participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement of the quality system and/or optimization of daily tasks.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the manager, such as cross-site activities, coaching junior team members, etc.
