Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer quality issues while driving continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Collaborate with process departments to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct process optimization, benchmarking, and data analysis using statistical tools and software.
- Support and manage external audits to ensure compliance with TS and ISO quality standards.
