Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QHSE Engineer to support quality, health, safety, and environmental functions at our Tuas site. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining QC records, reviewing drawings, investigating NCRs, coordinating inspections and NDT activities, and driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of quality experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• NDT Level 2 certification.
• Health, Safety & Environment knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain QC documents and records.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Investigate NCRs and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer inspections, inspections, calibration, and NDT activities.
• Ensure quality requirements are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the QMS.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement, maintain, and improve the HSE Management System.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments; support HSE initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Management for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

The QHSE Engineer is responsible for supporting the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) functions, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

• Prepare, review, and maintain quality control (QC) documents and records.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer inspections, incoming and outgoing inspections, calibration, and NDT activities.
• Ensure quality requirements are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement, maintain, and improve the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and support HSE initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams including Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Management to drive continuous improvement.

Requirement

• At least Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration or related
• At least 3 years of Quality experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Possess NDT Level 2 certification
• Possess Heath, Safety & Environment knowledge or experience
