The Job

• Collaborate with external customers and internal workshop teams to identify root causes and lead preventive and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee and drive the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective closure.
• Conduct product assurance analyses to ensure adherence to the Company's quality standards.
• Perform failure analyses, collect and analyze data, and monitor yield and quality trends.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of product and service quality reports, including Repair, Test, and Trouble Reports.
• Assist with TR administration processes, including recharging, purchase orders, and invoicing follow-ups.
• Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures to support, maintain, and monitor the Company's ISO 9001 compliance program.
• Execute ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Quality Manager.

The Talent

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in QA or the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SAP will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willing to work in a workshop environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
