• Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Review and update company procedures and documentation.
• Monitor and perform sub-contractor and supplier audits.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and non-conformance issues.
• Recommend corrective actions to resolve specification or process problems.
• Monitor warranty processes, including root-cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
• Review engineering, technical product, and production build changes.
• Ensure workplace safety by observing and reporting unsafe practices or conditions.
• Implement EHS management systems and comply with corporate/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and maintain EHS records.
