A leading quality management firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator to support the Quality Department. You will drive continuous improvements and ensure ISO compliance while managing supplier audits and quality investigations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and 3–5 years of audit experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, offering a salary of up to $4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in audits & ISO documentation (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 required.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R.

💰 Up to $4,000 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS

About the Role:

You will support the Quality Department in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and driving continuous improvements. Work closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on ISO compliance, supplier management and quality investigations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate ISO 9001/14001/13485 documentation
• Plan & conduct internal/external audits
• Coordinate customer & supplier audits
• Review audit findings and implement improvement actions
• Prepare quality reports & track supplier performance
• Issue/follow up SCAR and verify effectiveness
• Support qualification of new suppliers
• Manage calibration & preventive maintenance of equipment
• Handle production quality issues & customer feedback
• Drive timely closure of CAPA, NCR & customer complaints
• Lead MRB meetings (root cause analysis & corrective actions)
• Lead QC inspectors in parts inspection

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in audits & ISO documentation (manufacturing preferred)
• Must have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R
• Familiar with 8D & 5W problem-solving
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
