Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, automotive, or related industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement initiatives to meet quality, yield, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Investigate quality issues using RCA, 8D, SPC, and related tools.
• Review and disposition non-conforming materials across incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve issues.
• Reduce defects, scrap, and downtime through continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality documents, SOPs, and control plans.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and customer requirements.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and implement CAPA.
• Conduct internal, supplier, and process audits.
• Support process validation and new product introduction activities.
