A leading quality management firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator to support the Quality Department. You will drive continuous improvements and ensure ISO compliance while managing supplier audits and quality investigations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and 3–5 years of audit experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, offering a salary of up to $4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in audits & ISO documentation (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 required.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ISO 9001/14001/13485 documentation.
• Plan & conduct internal/external audits.
• Coordinate customer & supplier audits.
• Prepare quality reports & track supplier performance.
• Drive timely closure of CAPA, NCR & customer complaints.
