Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to lead QMS improvements and conduct audits. The role requires a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in quality systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and resolving quality issues in production.

Job description

Requirements:

• Support implementing QMS improvement across departments acoording with IATF requirements.
• Review batch release activities for production, approve records.
• Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training to employees.
• Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.
• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer , internal, supplier).
• Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.
• Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.
• Resolve quality-related issues in production and support audits.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems and audit experience.
